Terms & Conditions

I agree to pay the amount designated in this form in full to Jack Settle via Venmo or PayPal (immediately after submitting this form) or in cash (at the event on the day of the show). I understand that if I do not pay the designated amount in full before the show, I will not be granted access to the concert. 

I understand that by submitting this form, I am reserving the amount of spots (tickets) designated in the form at the show designated in the form. I understand that tickets are refundable until 96 hours (4 days) before the designated show. I agree to notify Jack Settle at least 1 week before the concert if I will be unable to attend, so a refund can be issued and the spot can be given to someone else.

I understand that these outdoor concerts are subject to cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen conditions, for the safety of the artists, fans, and equipment. If the concert has to be cancelled by Jack Settle, event hosts, and/or event organizers due to weather or other unforeseen conditions, ticket-holders will be notified via the email provided in this form, and will receive a refund.

​I agree to be responsible and safe while in attendance at the concert. I agree to follow local and state guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, to keep my hands washed and sanitized, and to respect the personal space of the artists, event hosts, and other attendees. I agree to abide by the rules set forth by event hosts (i.e. no entry into homes). Jack Settle, event hosts, and event organizers are not responsible for any property damage, illness, injury, and/or death that occurs during this event, or as a result of attending this event. I understand that my attendance at this event is at my own risk.
